What is Cloaking
Have you seen that some websites that you have got from Search results giving you some other content than their Title? This is what is called Cloaking. Just Deceiving Search Engines by giving Fake Title, Description and Keywords which some scripts automatically generates.
For example, you can see a lot’s of sites appearing in the search results when you search for some torrents. Most of the sites just have the title and Non of the related contents. You will only get a result saying: No results found for this keyword’. This method particularly implemented to get higher ranking by few spam webmasters.

This is done by delivering content based on the IP addresses or the User-Agent HTTP header of the user requesting the page. When a user is identified as a search engine spider, a server-side script delivers a different version of the web page, one that contains content not present on the visible page. The purpose of cloaking is to deceive search engines so they display the page when it would not otherwise be displayed.
Definition in words: When you see a link with content in the search engine, that will show you different content at the site once you reached there. This can be considered as “Cloaking”.
How Search Engines React To Cloaking
Cloaking can be considered to be deceiving search engines. Thus If a Search Engine find your blog/website in the list of Cloaking websites, for sure all Page index of your Blog will be removed at the moment.
