Most of all the bloggers are aware that commenting on other blogs will give you a lots of targeted traffic and sometimes a good number of quality backlinks (Do-follow). A survey conducted by a Philippines Marketing Blog proved that 2% of the total readers of a blog are only interested in respond using tweeting, digging etc. and only half of them will comment their views & opinions. Traffic – Targeted Visitors

• Add link to your blog posts inside your comment without making a spam look but as if you are helping the blogger/other readers by providing them the link.
• After writing your comments, you can end with a short description about your blog with the link.
• If your comment contains good quality information, more often readers will be eager to go through your blog.

Quality Backlinks

Commenting on a normal blog will not provide you a quality backlink while it contains an ‘external nofollow’ link attribute to every comment links. So you must make sure that you are also commenting on some High pagerank dofollow blogs which will give you a better search engine positions.
