Avoid Placing Google ads near to Images – Adsense Ban

Here I am with an advice for every adsense publisher to Avoid Getting banned from adsense. Although this is mentioned in the Google Adsense TOS/Program Policies, Most of the publishers are not taking care about this subject.

All I am going to say is to avoid placing Google ads Near to Images as if it looks like another image. Even though this technique will increase your CTR, there is more chance to get banned from Google adsense.

What Google Says About this Fake Idea

We ask that publishers not line up images and ads in a way that suggests a relationship between the images and the ads.
If your visitors believe that the images and the ads are directly associated, or that the advertiser is offering the exact item found in the neighboring image, they may click the ad expecting to find something that isn’t actually being offered.
That’s not a good experience for users or advertisers. Publishers should also be careful to avoid similar implementations that people could find misleading.
For instance, if your site contains a directory of Flash games, you should not format the ads to mimic the game descriptions.

So it’s better to take care about Adsense Terms Of Conditions other than Getting banned.
