I have seen some bloggers using Google ads here and there without taking any care. You may know it’s bad effect without explaining it.

Although Adsense CPC is not a factor here, best ad placements can increase your Click Through Rate. A good ad placement is much Worthy as it can change your whole adsense reports Significantly. In this article we can go through some tips to keep your ads at the right position without effecting your readers nor your earnings.

Do you have a Lot’s of ads?

Does your blog has a lot’s of ads in a page? If yes, it’s time to change. I said this because a usual reader will get irritated because of the advertisements placed everywhere on a blog. Thus most probably the reader will leave your blog and will try searching for another blogs.
Even though that reader saw your blog while searching, they’ll just ignore it by seeing your blog URL. I just talked about a Common reader and the same thing happens in the most of the situations.

So my Advice is to decrease the amount of ad units in a single page. It can be up to 2 ad units and 1 Link units to the maximum.

Does your blog loads too slow because of ads?

Do you think that your blog is taking much time to load. Most probably it is because of the Advertisements, and it will be more if your ads are Image/Banner.
Change your Image ads to Text ad units and you can understand the change it made in your page loading. Above all as i said above, decreasing the number of ads is the best way.

Where should I place my ads?

Yup! This is really an easy question if you’ve been fairly working with Google ads for years. If you are familiar about the best ad placements which works the most, you’ll surely start making big Money from your blog.

Most bloggers & Search Engine Consultants recommends to put your google ads at the sidebar. But my recommendation is to put advertisements above your article, below the Post title. Make sure that the ad you placed is a Text ad. Inserting an Image ad inside your post is really a Sucking Idea which makes your reader to get irritated at the first sight.

Keeping ad at the top of the sidebar is also a working method, but you have to blend it as if it looks like navigation link.

Now Ad placing below your post – If you are keeping ads below your article, better you keep it at the end of your post. It must look like a list of related links. If the ads are relevant to your article, you’ll get a lot of kisses for your ads.
