Why should we do this? First of all, this is not a traffic generating or Search Engine Optimization Tip. But in this article I am writing about the importance of Linking to related articles of other blogs.
Most of the bloggers are not interested in Linking to other articles. It maybe because of your thought about losing some visitors from your blog. So, here I’m gonna change your thoughts about Linking to other blogs, by pointing out few advantages of Linking to related articles.

Why should Should we Link to External Articles?

• Making Google understand about your Niche

  We all know that Google cares the outbound Links from each of our posts. So it is important that the External links must be related to the topic of your article.

• Get Trackbacks/Pingbacks

  Linking to other blogs is an easy way to gain Trackbacks or Pingbacks. This way, you can generate traffic by linking to related articles
  Before few weeks, I wrote an article about 30 Blogging Articles every Blogger should read. Tat article was containing a Lots of links to a whole lot of blogs. Within days after publishing that post, I understood the amount of Traffic we can generate from Trackbacks and Pingbacks.

• Helping other Blogs/Bloggers

  While linking to other blogs, we are Helping those blogs by providing an Effective backlink. This will help other blogs for improving their Search Engine Optimization.
