Google Promoted Ad Appears with a Star Icon on Top

Before few minutes while I was going through my blog (Just for looking the appearance of ads), I saw a new feature of Google ads. It was a Star icon near to the first ad. When I placed m mouse over it, It shows a message that
‘Google promoted ad’. I don’t know whether you are familiar with such a new Item. Anyway it was new to me. Thus I like to share it with my readers.
